HowTTaS Weekly Recap 04Feb
Happy New Year! Explore abandoned technology warehouses, fly a plane of existence, and compete in a deadly game of hide & seek in this week's sessions
Welcome to How To Tell a Story, hot off the digital presses and delivered fresh to your inbox every Sunday.

Thank you all for your patience! A lot has happened over the past few weeks, and I’m glad to be back writing again.
At what stage does an organisation become a society, or vice versa? In the world of Cyberpunk Red the line can become quite blurred as many places are populated solely by people who spend their entire life working for one company.
On reflection, this week we’ve seen stories with a theme around organisations.

Something something Cyberpunk, Something something Catholicism
Human connection is something to be valued. Technological connection is not.
For centuries, organisations have existed to promote a feeling of belonging to a greater cause, but also in some cases promoting intense guilt for the actions of those who came before. One such organisation, Callenity, believes the hyperconnected nature of the world takes away part of what makes us fundamentally human.
Maybe the Real Enemy was Capitalism All Along
Search the trash heap for someone left behind by the march of civilisation.
Many secrets lie buried in the badlands beneath the trash of the civilised world. Beneath one such heap is an abandoned tech office building holding the remains of an AI village, that could prove very useful to the right person.
Human Resources Department
Here, we consider our people to be our most valuable resource
Please note: This session contains imagery and themes not suitable for younger audiences.
Blood, sweat, and tears go into all of our best work. For these missing persons their blood, sweat, and tears are being put to use in someone else’s masterpiece.
Does Anyone Know how to Fly this Plane of Existence?
According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a plane of existence should be able to fly.
Since times untold the Bureau of Extra-Planar Affairs (the B.E.P.A.) has kept this plane of existence runs smoothly through the multiverse, avoiding collisions with an infinite number of other planes. Running on an endless supply of policies and paperwork, this bureaucratic hive takes care of anything and everything in the world above.
Spaceshock
